If you have problems with your order because of an error on our part (of any kind), then we assume responsibility and credit you in full against your next order.

Production time for all products ranges from 5-8 weeks, depending on the products.

Cargo leaves here two ways: either by air cargo or by sea cargo. Sea cargo is by cubic meter (LCL) or by 20 foot or 40 foot containers. Sea cargo is the most cost effective way to send your cargo.

Orders under $1000 may be shipped from Canada. Minimum order is 50 pieces (10 - 12 styles of mixed products - depended on the stocks at the time of ordering). Note: Wholesale prices for products shipping from Canada will be higher than the wholesale price on website after adding shipping cost form Vietnam to Canada and all taxes & charges in Canada. Purchase US $10,000 up to US $14,999	7% off
Purchase US $15,000 and up	10% off

Prices we offer are F.O.B, Ho Chi Minh port. This price does not include any fees, charges, or cost in Vietnam as well as ocean freight, tax, or charge at destination.

All purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment out of Saigon. You may make a 50% deposit when placing an order and then pay the balance prior to shipment.

We would like Wire Transfer or Bank Draft sent to our company in Canada. Your order will not be processed until our company has received the payment.
